Let's start at the very beginning
A very good place to start

The astute among you would say:

"Oo nga naman! Alangan namang magsimula ka sa gitna diba?"

I hated musicals. I just couldn't get into watching musicals, kasi di ko magamit yung suspension of disbelief ko:

"Ginugulpi, tinatarantado, at pinapatay na kayo tapos biglang may kakanta? Ano to ululan?"1

Ang problema kasi sa Social Media3, there is absolutely no skill involved in typing words in a box and pressing submit4.

"Ang yabang mo naman! Kaya ko rin naman mag blog eh!"

Go ahead, eto yung source, knock yourself out. Kung ii-screenshot mo to tapos ipopost mo sa Reddit, you are just slightly better than Facebook users5.

Also, I am painfully aware of my shortcomings. Kumbaga:

So what's the point in all of this?

The only way for us6 to improve the state of the country7 is to use our own voice. A voice unfiltered by systemic oppression and corporate greed.

And if you can't say it in:

  • the way you want
  • the time and place you want
  • the format you want
